At Baagi Milaygiin, we hand-pack every order with the same care and intention we use to harvest our botanicals. Because our products are made in small batches and often bottled fresh, we thank you for your patience as we prepare your delivery of bush medicine.

Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and packed.

  • Peak Periods: During sales, holidays, or new collection launches (like the Gamilaraay Dreaming range), processing may take up to 7 business days.

  • We ship from Birapai Country (NSW).

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

We use Australia Post to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 (Flat Rate) | 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: $15.00 (Flat Rate) | 1–3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Spend over $150 to receive free standard shipping Australia-wide.

International Shipping

We love sharing our traditional healing with the world.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Please Note: Any additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary significantly by country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s journey from our farm to your home.

Summer Shipping & Natural Product Care

Our products are 100% natural and contain no synthetic stabilisers. During the hot Australian summer, oils and balms may soften or melt slightly during transit.

  • If your product arrives soft, simply place it in a cool, dry place (or the fridge for 20 minutes) to allow it to reset. This does not affect the healing properties of the medicine.

Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a post office, a redelivery fee will apply.

Damaged or Missing Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please "yarn with us" at deborah.munson@me.com.
