These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.
2. Cultural & Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to product names, Gamilaraay language, traditional stories, branding, and formulations, is the intellectual property of Baagi Milaygiin and our traditional knowledge holders.

3. Product Accuracy & Traditional Medicine Disclaimer
Our products are handcrafted using traditional Australian bush medicine and native botanicals.

While our products are made with 100% natural ingredients, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Please consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have pre-existing skin conditions.

As our products are handmade in small batches using natural plant materials, slight variations in colour, texture, and scent may occur between batches.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide and internationally.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Baagi Milaygiin is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Any additional customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

Change of Mind: Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of skincare, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.

Faulty Items: If a product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us at deborah.munson@me.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue to arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Service Bookings & Cancellations
For our Pamper Parties, Workshops, and Healing Services:

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Fees: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the session will result in a 100% cancellation fee, as fresh botanicals are prepared and travel arrangements are made specifically for your booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
Baagi Milaygiin shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products. It is the user’s responsibility to conduct a patch test before full application and to read all ingredient lists provided.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
